An investigation determined Tallent cut his wife's face with a table saw and slammed his daughter's head into the pavement before dragging up the driveway by her hair at the home, prosecutors said.
Police said Tallent ran away from the home after the attack, but officers arrested him shortly after, prosecutors said.
