Experienced home cleaners needed to join my team!
Compensation:
- Paid per job - NOT hourly
- $25/hour minimum for standard cleans
- $30/hour minimum for deep cleans
- Work efficiently and you make more per hour

Schedule:
- Full-time, part-time, or contract - flexible

What I'm Looking For:
- 2+ years residential cleaning experience (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented and efficient - quality AND speed matter
- Professional with clients - strong communication skills
- Self-motivated - you'll manage your own schedule and quality
What You'll Be Doing:
- Full-service residential cleaning (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas)
- Standard tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom/kitchen sanitation
- Building long-term client relationships
