Community invited to join volunteer efforts in Michigan for 15th Comcast Cares Day

More than 20 Michigan partner organizations will benefit from nation's largest single-day corporate volunteer event

Comcast invites Michiganders to join several thousand local employees, family members, friends, and community partners in volunteering for one of more than 20 service opportunities during the 15th Comcast Cares Day. Projects begin Saturday, April 23 and culminate on Comcast Cares Day, Saturday, April 30.

Comcast Cares Day is a companywide celebration of Comcast’s year-round commitment to service and the nation’s largest single-day corporate volunteer effort in the country.

“We can all make a difference in the lives of others,” said Tim Collins, regional senior vice president for Comcast’s Heartland Region, which includes Michigan. “That’s why we’re inviting the community to join us in these volunteer efforts. Making change happen in the communities we serve has always been important to our employees, and by coming together we can be even more impactful.”
