The City of Plymouth Parks and Recreation Department is offering a new class called "About Boating Safely" for students ages 12 and up. The course is required to qualify to operate a boat or Personal Water Craft (PWC). Class topics include: personal safety equipment, operating your vessel safely, navigation, legal requirements of boating and boating emergencies. Advance registration is required at the Parks and Recreation office (Monday-Friday from 12-4:30 p.m.) or online at www.ci.plymouth.mi.us.
