FREE Fitness in the Park

We will focus on getting a great workout using resistance bands starting at 6:30pm and, from 7:10 - 7:30 we’ll practice useful stretching techniques. Jaime White, will instruct the first part of the session. At the end of the session, Parker Whitaker will demonstrate proper techniques for getting a good stretching.

We welcome everyone back to Sun and Snow Sports to enjoy some healthy snacks and refreshments. Everyone who participates will be treated to some VIP shopping in the store till 8-8:30
