The Canton Public Library is celebrating the arrival of the Chinese New Year, the Year of the Dragon, with several special presentations, including bonsai, music, origami and calligraphy. Students from the area Chinese Language School will perform Chinese yo-yos, and guests will have time to visit with presenters and sample refreshments. Children will take home a paper yo-yo as a souvenir.
