Felony Accessory Sentenced in Plymouth Twp. Killing
Miriah Pisarski pleaded guilty to charges of accessory after the fact and larceny of firearms last month.

A Wayne County Circuit judge sentenced Miriah Pisarski, 20, to between two and five years in connection with the muder and robbery of a 76-year-old Plymouth Township man last year, according to a HometownLife report.

Pisarski was arrested and charged in the shooting death of Kenneth LaBita, who was found shot in the back of his head in his house Oct. 27. In February, Pisarski pleaded guilty in February to charges of accessory after the fact and larceny of firearms, the report stated.

Last month, Andrew J. Nutt, 22, of Westland, agreed to a deal that had him plead guilty to second-degree murder and to using a gun during a felony in order to have other charges—including a count of first-degree murder—dropped.
Nutt is scheduled to be sentenced March 13, the report stated.
