Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat takes a classic old testament tale and gives it a bit of a psychedelic coat of paint. The music of Joseph harkens back to the funky baselines and dance-able rhythms of the late 1960's. The sandals and robes of biblical times are replaced with bell bottom jeans and tie dye from the decade of peace, love and harmony.
