The FDA is conducting a criminal investigation, according to WREG-TV, which said the video may have been shot in 2014 during a labor dispute between Kellogg’s and its workers, who were locked out.
Kellogg’s spokesman Kris Charles said in a statement Saturday that the company is “outraged by this completely unacceptable situation.”

"We were shocked and deeply disappointed by this video that we just learned of yesterday," Charles said in a statement Saturday. "We immediately alerted law enforcement authorities and regulators."
Kellogg’s said the potentially affected products — Rice Krispies Treats, granola clusters used in some products and puffed rice treats that are no longer made — are all past their expiration dates.
