Rotary, Baker College offer LeaderCast Detroit tickets; deadline April 29
The May 6 simulcast conference features world-renowned business leaders and focuses on work, community leadership.

Baker College of Allen Park and the Wyandotte Rotary Club, co-hosts of the 2016 LeaderCast Detroit simulcast conference, have extended the ticket sales deadline until 11:59 p.m., Friday, April 29, 2016. The event is Friday, May 6, 2016, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Baker College of Allen Park, 4500 Enterprise Drive, Allen Park.
LeaderCast is a one-day conference broadcast live from Atlanta to host sites around the world. It’s designed to equip people to be better leaders, managers, employees and community members. The 2016 LeaderCast Detroit conference features world-renowned business leaders such as Apple Inc. co-founder Steve Wozniak and University of Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban.
Now in its 16th year, the 2016 LeaderCast broadcast is titled “Architects of Tomorrow” and will focus on what it means to be a visionary leader who sees a future rich in innovation and collaboration and who utilizes available resources to bring that vision to life.

Tickets, which are $46 each, and information about the conference are available at http://event.leadercast.com/location/detroit. All proceeds will be donated to start a Blessings in a Backpack program at Washington Elementary School in Wyandotte. This “neighbor-helping-neighbor” program is designed to help meet the nutritional needs of children and families.
General continuing education (CEU) credits and CEU credits in the fields of nursing and human resources are available.

2016 speakers
The group of internationally acclaimed authors, leadership experts and practitioners will provide a diverse perspective on how to create one’s own visionary path. Attendees will be able to engage in activities at the event and on their mobile devices. In addition to Wozniak and Saban, this year’s speakers—visionaries in their fields—include:
