The Little Stars Foundation Offers Free Violin Workshop
Registration Open for Free Violin Workshop Offered by the Little Stars Foundation in Canton
The Little Stars Foundation (TLSF) is offering a free violin workshop starting July 20, 2016 for children ages 6 to 13 years old. This is the 8th consecutive year that TLSF has been providing free music workshops for local children. This introductory level workshop is aimed at introducing music and specifically violin to young children. The 4-week-long workshop (meet every Wednesday 7-9 pm starting from July 20 for 4 weeks) will be held at the Canton Administration Building Meeting Room (1150 S Canton Center Rd, Canton, MI). No previous violin experience is required. However, returning students are welcome to attend again to further improve their skill. The participants of this workshop will have an opportunity to perform violin music with current TLSF members in the end of the workshop. Students must provide their own violin.
