Running for Office?: Join Patch's Candidate Meetup at Plymouth Biggby on July 9

Are you a local candidate seeking office in a local, county, state or national race? Join Plymouth-Canton Patch at 7 p.m. on July 9 at the for a candidate meetup.

With the Aug. 7 primary election a little more than a month away, campaigns for local, state and national elections are in full force. We are inviting all candidates appearing on local ballots, regardless of political stripe, to join us to learn how to best utilize Plymouth-Canton Patch while on the campaign trail.

We'll demonstrate how to post campaign events, start a blog from the campaign trail, post photos from events and interact with our readers, who double as your potential constituents.

We'll also have an advertising representative on hand to answer any questions about advertising your candidacy on Patch.

The event will start at 7 p.m. in the upstairs conference room at Biggby — employees will be able to direct you to the proper place — and should run about 60 minutes.
