Voter resources now available!

League of Women Voters Candidate Forums and Voter Guide now online

Voting is your chance to take control over the future of your family and your community. Don't let anything keep you from voting -- help make democracy work! The League of Women Voters of NW Wayne County provides a variety of resources for voters to learn about their candidates before casting their ballot:

  • Non-partisan Voters Guides for the candidates running in the November 8, 2016 election are now available in public libraries in Canton, Plymouth, Livonia, Redford, Westland, Wayne, Northville, Garden City and Belleville.
  • The Voter Guides can also be found on the League of Women Voters of Northwest Wayne County's website: www.LWVnorthwestwayne.org.
  • The League’s Voter Guide can be accessed online at www.VOTE411.org. This site provides candidate information for all the races on your ballot as well as your polling location and other election information.
  • Videos of recent candidate forums held in Livonia, Plymouth, Canton and Belleville are all available for viewing on www.LWVnorthwestwayne.org.

The League of Women Voters is a trusted source of non-partisan candidate information, and the Voter Guide provides an easy vehicle for the voters to compare the candidates before the November 8th election.
