Whalers Alums Celebrate with Stanley Cup

Tyler Seguin, Gregory Campbell bring Stanley Cup to respective hometowns.

Fresh off their Stanley Cup victory over the Vancouver Canucks in June, Boston Bruins players Tyler Seguin and Gregory Campbell — both former members of the Plymouth Whalers — celebrated with the Cup in their respective hometowns, according to reports.

According to the Toronto Star, Seguin brought the Stanley Cup to Westwood Arena in Toronto on Sunday, a venue where he often played as a youth.

One day earlier, Gregory Campbell, son of the famous former NHL disciplinarian Colin Campbell, brought the Cup to Tillsonburg Community Centre in Tillsonburg, Ontario, according to the London Free Press
