Amadeus Returns to Meadow Brook for Two Amazing Nights

ROCHESTER, Mich., June 16, 2023. Amadeus, the international musical sensation, is coming back to Meadow Brook! The Romanian all-female classical rock ensemble will take the stage for two very exciting nights of live entertainment.

“Amadeus brings so much talent and energy to each performance, no matter where they are around the world,” said Shannon O’Berski, director of external relations at Meadow Brook Hall. “We are thrilled to once again host this incredible ensemble as part of our Summer Concert Series. Each show brings its own atmosphere, and no place is a better setting for entertainment than Meadow Brook. We look forward to welcoming guests from near and far for this amazing performance.”

Amadeus is one of the most appreciated electric quartets worldwide and in Romania and is considered the uncontested leader of crossover music style. The all-female ensemble has performed all over the world, released six records and garnered an incredible fan base on YouTube – with more than 200 million hits on their official channel.

The shows will go on Wednesday Aug. 2, and Thursday, Aug, 3 from 7-9:30p.m. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $45 each and available online now. Both shows are expected to sell out! More details are available at https://meadowbrookhall.org/amadeus/.

This musical evening includes a cash bar, fun snacks—such as chips and guacamole and hummus and pita. In addition, guests can order a delicious boxed picnic dinner option to add on to their reservation. Guests will have the choice of three wrap options with sides for the perfect picnic to compliment the concert. Come early to explore the estate and enjoy a picnic on the grounds. Self-guided touring of the estate will be available during the talent break.

Beyond Amadeus, there is more music and atmosphere to enjoy with the Summer Concert Series at the Great Estate. All concerts take place in the climate-controlled Garden Tent and feature a full cash bar and fun snacks. Concerts will run from 7-9:30 p.m. and guests are invited to come early and bring a picnic to enjoy on the grounds before the show. Meadow Brook Hall is the historic home built by one of the automotive aristocracy’s most remarkable women, Matilda Dodge Wilson, widow of auto pioneer John Dodge, and her second husband, Alfred Wilson. Constructed between 1926 and 1929, Meadow Brook Hall represents one of the finest examples of Tudor-revival style architecture in America, and is especially renowned for its superb craftsmanship, architectural detailing and grand scale of 88,000 square-feet. It was the center of a country estate that included 1,500 acres, numerous farm buildings, recreational facilities, several residences and formal gardens. Named a National Historic Landmark in 2012, Meadow Brook Hall strives to preserve and interpret its architecture, landscape, and fine and decorative art so that visitors may be entertained, educated and inspired by history.
