Betty J. Youngblood appointed as the Associate Vice President for Outreach and Executive Director of Oakland University-Macomb.
Youngblood's previous experience includes positions at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, Western Oregon University, and Lake Superior State University. She holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, and earned her B.A. from Oakland University.
