Elderly Woman Bound, Blindfolded in Home Invasion
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect in an afternoon home invasion.

An elderly Rochester Hills woman was blindfolded and bound with duct tape in a home invasion early Tuesday afternoon.
The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said in a written statement the 77-year-old woman was confronted in her home in the 2800 block of Crooks Road by a male who restrained her before searching the home.
She was able to free herself after he left and ran to a neighbor’s house to report the home invasion, according to the statement.

The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 25, and 5 feet, 4 inches tall. He was last seen wearing black clothing with a shirt on top of a sweatshirt. He left the woman’s home in an unknown direction.
