Concert: Nathan Smith, Clarinet

Auburn Hills Presbyterian Church will present a concert by clarinetist Nathan Smith on Saturday, May 19, at 7:30 p.m.

Smith specializes in extended techniques and creating new sounds for the clarinet, performing everything from classical to classic rock. The May concert will feature the premiere of brand new music as well as classical, jazz, and modern music involving the soprano, bass, and contra-alto clarinets.

The Saturday performance is part of the church's music series and takes place at 7:30 p.m. in the sanctuary of the church, which is located at 3456 Primary Street in Auburn Hills.
