Prenatal yoga provides a wonderful opportunity to gently build strength and stamina needed for labor and delivery. Also promotes relaxation, eases mild discomforts, rejuvenates and focuses on physical and emotional changes during pregnancy. Though postures, breath, and meditation, this class focuses on connecting you with your own intuition to guide you through pregnancy, delivery, and motherhood. Class is appropriate for women in all stages of pregnancy, as we will modify as needed.
