Local organizations celebrate their accomplishments at the Inter-Service Club Dinner

The Greater Rochester Area Inter-Service Club Annual Dinner

Over 150 community members, from more than 30 local non-profit and charitable organizations, gathered at the Royal Park Hotel on April 11th for The Greater Rochester Area Inter-Service Club Annual Dinner.

Once a year the groups come together to celebrate their accomplishments and to learn more about the other local organizations in our community. This year, the Rochester Junior Woman’s Club (RJWC) hosted the event, which began at 6 p.m. with a cocktail and networking hour, followed by dinner and club presentations. Each of the participating organizations had opportunity to speak about their organizations and share their accomplishments from the past year.

The highlight of the evening featured keynote speaker, Tom Rellinger, Vice President of Rochester College. Tom captivated the audience with his inspiring story of his mother’s life, his own childhood and the impact one person can make on the lives of others. His heartfelt message resonated with the audience, motivating everyone to continue their efforts to make a difference in our community and in the world.
