ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — After two unsuccessful Senate bids, John James won the Republican nomination for the state's 10th U.S. Congressional District seat, according to multiple outlets. Carl Marlinga Democratic nomination, setting up a showdown for the newly drawn district in November.
