Michael Jackson Murdered - Conrad Murray Framed

Six years after the death of Michael Jackson, the public still believes the only culprit responsible was his one-time Doctor, Conrad Murray.

Headlines, like the trial between AEG, Jackson’s production company, and Katherine Jackson surfaced in 2012.

Mrs. Jackson was quoted as starting the lawsuit solely for “searching for the truth.” Another lawsuit against AEG, which was filed by their own insurance company, Lloyds of London, also made the headlines. Lloyds was suing AEG for fraud.

The details surrounding these lawsuits have yet to become clear to the public.

Just before the trial of Conrad Murray, the then District Attorney, Steven Cooley, filed a document concealing the Lloyds of London vs AEG’s pending litigation at the request of the Michael Jackson Estate.

This document withheld the insurance information from being used in the Conrad Murray trial, as well as Lloyds acting on any discoveries of evidence while the trial took place. While the world watched the televised Murray trial, more crucial evidence sat “outside” the courtroom.

It was during the AEG vs Katherine Jackson trial (not televised) that court concealed evidence did begin to make its way out due to a “leak.” Emails written by AEG executives stunned the public with statements about Michael Jackson, calling him a “freak” and AEG CEO Randy Phillips stating “I just slapped him and screamed louder than I did at Arthur Cassel.”

Other emails described the details of AEG’s budget for the fated “This is It” tour. The doctor found guilty for the murder of Michael Jackson was budgeted for the months of May and June, 2009 only.

There was not a budget in place for the “absorbent salary” AEG claimed of the doctor for any time past June. AEG obviously did not intend to go on the tour, as further emails detailed them removing the insurance for the tour completely and leaving an “accident/death only” policy in place in the same month Dr. Murray was hired. Michael Jackson was pronounced dead on June 25, 2009.

The policy was endorsed just 3 days prior to Jackson’s death. On June 22, 2009, Jackson’s former manager, also a doctor, was added as an additional insured to the AEG document. The manager, Dr. Tohme Tohme, was fired by Jackson that March. Reports surfaced that Tohme stated he would bring “death and destruction to the Jackson family” as a result of their tort.

AEG dropped their counter suit against Lloyds after the leaked emails and the Estate of Michael Jackson gallantly stepped in to settle the Lloyds suit against AEG which has also been kept under wraps.

If greed was the motive for the now famed Dr. Murray, what motive was there in concealing such damaging evidence?

The Los Angeles courts have a long history of corruption. It’s in these types of discoveries that we have to ask ourselves how many other cases have gone on like this?

Large companies and public officials hire people that work exclusively to monitor press and release statements to help the companies they work for look good. We’ve seen a ton of press regarding Jackson and his apparent “overdose” and how Murray was trying to rake in on a good thing, but we have not looked at the people reporting these statements.

In light of the evidence concealed, we should think about what our courts are actually doing for the people. Our American history has been distorted and the courts and people involved in the cover up have left Jackson’s children and family with closed mouths and no justice.

Children need to feel safe and protected. Our justice system has put daggers in the back of children who have already lost a father. The press has scrutinized and brought to the public the information given to them by the companies who have committed these horrendous crimes. It’s time to stop blaming Michael Jackson for his own murder and look at the cold hard facts. We never know when we too might be kept “under wraps.”
