MOD Pizza to Offer 200 Free Pizzas to Guests in Celebration of National Pizza month

25 guests at each MOD Pizza location on October 2 to receive a free MOD size pizza

TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants (TSFR), a Michigan-based family-owned restaurant group with an expansive portfolio of casual, quick service and family dining restaurants throughout the state, and its eight MOD Pizza restaurants will celebrate National Pizza Month in October by offering a free MOD size pizza to 25 guests at each location on Monday, October 2. TSFR Brand Leader of MOD Pizza Jake Schostak made the announcement.

“As we continue to grow the MOD Pizza brand in Michigan, we are always looking for ways to become engrained in the communities we serve and create an inspired place to eat,” said Schostak. “With October being National Pizza Month, we saw it as a perfect opportunity to put a fun spin on celebrating a month dedicated to pizza and give back to our loyal guests.”

In order to redeem the offer, the first 25 guests at each location that mention how they heard about the National Pizza Month special will receive their MOD size pizza for free. With its doors opening at 11 a.m., the following MOD Pizza locations will be offering the giveaway:

MOD Pizza uses fresh-pressed dough and signature sauces, including MOD red sauce and MOD white sauce. Guests can create their own pizzas and salads, using any combination of 30 featured toppings, or they can choose from a menu of MOD classics. Each pizza is hand-cooked in an 800-degree oven in just minutes, and salads are hand-tossed in front of the customer. MOD Pizza also serves local draft beers, wine, handspun milkshakes and house-made lemonades and iced teas.

In late 2014, TSFR announced its plans to launch 25 MOD Pizza locations in Michigan over the next five years. Since then, TSFR has opened its first eight MOD Pizza locations in Livonia, Northville, Rochester Hills, Woodhaven, Brighton, Canton, Chesterfield and Shelby Township, with a second Shelby Township location and a Troy location underway.
