2. A Macomb County nurse practitioner was arrested by federal agents Thursday after he agreed to meet a 15-year-old boy for sex, according to reports. Posing as the young boy, federal agents tricked Jigger O. Garcia, 50, of Chesterfield Township, in to believing he was meeting the boy in a Detroit church parking through a series of text messages on Aug. 8, reports said. (Rochester-Rochester Hills Patch)
