Rochester Posed Goes to the Movies
Fourth annual live mannequin contest features big screen favorites.

ROCHESTER, MI – Rochester Posed is becoming a favorite annual event in downtown Rochester. The fourth annual event was last week, with 19 participating businesses turning their storefront windows into live mannequin displays.
This year’s theme for Rochester Posed was Classic Movies. Entries included a variety of mannequin displays including Star Wars, Harry Potter, Grease, and Forrest Gump. This year's winner was @ Home Furniture with their Pirates of the Caribbean-theme entry.
“Rochester Posed is one of my favorite events," said Stephanie Hellebuyck, Events Coordinator of the Rochester Downtown Development Authority, in a press release. “It’s a huge hit with the community and it really wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of the downtown businesses and of course, all the volunteers.”
