Second Man Arrested In Oakland University Stabbing: Police

Police said the suspects and victims are not residents or students at Oakland University.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a February stabbing on the campus of Oakland University, police said Wednesday.

The incident happened at 8:15 p.m. on Feb. 5 outside the Van Wagoner House where officers found an 18-year-old Rochester man suffering from multiple stab wounds, according to police.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital and still recovering from his injuries, according to police.

Police arrested 18-year-old Joshua Damon Edwards days after the attack during a traffic stop in Rochester. He was charged with assault with intent to commit murder.

Now, police have arrested 18-year-old Jason Anthony Ford Jr. and charged him with aggravated assault in connection with the stabbing.
