MACOMB COUNTY, MI — Macomb County voters in portions of Bruce Township, Washington Township, and part of Shelby Charter Township will elect a new representative to the state's 36th house district. The seat became vacant after Republican Douglas Wozniak was elected to the state senate in November 2021. Polls opened at 7 a.m. and will close at 8 p.m.
