Rick Frazier is suing YouTube and its parent, Google, for refusing to remove videos from daughter who may be in cult.

ROCHESTER, MI – A Rochester man who consults for various charities is suing Internet giant YouTube and its parent, Google, for refusing to remove videos posted by the man’s daughter that accuse him of being a fraud, liar, manipulator, sex offender and thief.
In a lawsuit filed Feb. 8, Rick Frazier asks Oakland County Circuit Court to force YouTube to remove the videos and award more than $25,000 in damages, The Oakland Press reports. By refusing to remove the video, YouTube violates its own privacy guidelines, the lawsuit alleges.
