The Women's Fund contributes to Haven's "Dig in Your Heels" campaign

The Women’s Fund was proud to add their own “heel” to the donor display wall at Haven. The “heel” represents a previous donation of $10,000 to their “Dig in Your Heels” campaign against domestic and sexual violence. The funds support a state-of-the-art shelter and support center that wraps victims in the services they need to get on their feet again.

Representatives from the Women’s Fund celebrated the “Dig in Your Heels” campaign with the Haven and Board member, Carol Lowman delivered the shoe pictured here. Rather than a high heel, The Women’s Fund, felt it was fitting to choose a work boot to depict something useful, practical and reliable!
