Writing Contest hosted by Rochester Writers is open for Submissions

The 2016 winter writing contest is now open for submissions in four categories. Poetry, Holiday Memoir, Flash Fiction and First Page of a Novel will offer cash prizes for first, second and third places in each category. A best of show will be awarded allowing the winner to attend one of the two writing conferences at Oakland University hosted by Rochester Writers. There is a modest $15 entry fee for 1-4 submissions into any of the four categories. Deadline to enter is February 29, 2016. Details, rules and entry options are available at www.RochesterWriters.com.
