Eating Local program at the Royal Oak Public Library

Join local culinary speaker, cooking instructor and recipe developer Lisa Howard, on Saturday, June 21 at 1:00 pm to learn how modern food systems – from factories to farms – affect our everyday health. She’ll discuss ways to connect with local food producers to choose the healthiest, most delicious, and most sustainable ingredients in Metro Detroit. Samples will be provided so you’ll be able to taste what we’re talking about!

Registration is requested. Visit ropl.org or call the Adult Reference Desk at 248-246-3727 to sign up for this free program.
