Farbman Group’s Bingham Office Center Receives Renovations

Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today that its Bingham Office Center located in Bingham Farms, Michigan is currently undergoing extensive renovations. Farbman Group CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement.

Located at 30600, 30700 and 30800 Telegraph Road, the 500,000-square-foot building is receiving updates to all three lobby areas, including new floors, modern furniture, lighting and TV’s with an updated lounge area. Additional renovations throughout the building will include freshly painted corridors, upgraded Wi-Fi and an updated seating area. Renovations are slated to be completed by December 2017.

The Bingham Office Center was awarded the BOMA Office Building of the Year for 2013 and 2014 and includes state-of-the-art conference and training rooms, a full-service cafeteria, 24/7 card entry system, onsite management and after hours security with lobby attendant.
