Fed up Emagine Neighbor

A fed up Emagine neighbor posted this note on his car after a bottle was thrown into its window costing him $500. He lives directly behind the theater and next to Superior Fish who is now using their lot on the weekends for Emagine's valet.  When Emagine was being built they assured the residents in the neighborhood that there would be ample parking (via Rich and Associates-who does all city parking research)  even though the numbers came in far below the city ordinance requirements.  I don't think he should be responsible for his deductible.
