LEGOLAND Discovery Center to host board game-themed adult night

Pass go, and head to the café build area to build a replica Mr. Monopoly! On Thursday, Feb. 22, from 7-10 p.m., LEGOLANDâ Discovery Center Michigan will open its doors to LEGO lovers and board game enthusiasts to come together for a night of games, contests and fun.

The Board Game Adult Night will feature various activities, including a Kingdom Quest High Score competition, Merlin’s Apprentice roulette and a build contest, where guests must build their favorite board game character, and more! High scorers of the competition will receive tickets that can be exchanged for a prize, which include four complimentary tickets to SEA LIFE Michigan Aquarium, various retail items, and a LEGO trophy built by LEGOLANDâ Discovery Center Michigan Master Model Builder Clint Parry.

“Our Board Game Adult Night is an exciting opportunity for adults to experience the wonder of LEGOLANDâ and our awesome creations throughout,” said Hayley Anderson, general manager for LEGOLANDâ Discovery Center Michigan. “With a board game inspired build competition to bring out everyone’s creativity and our favorite childhood board games available to play, it will be a great night for LEGO enthusiasts and game lovers alike.”

Adult Night guests are encouraged to explore the entire attraction, including the LEGO themed rides Kingdom Quest and Merlin’s Apprentice, 4D Cinema that brings favorite LEGO characters to life, numerous themed build and play areas, and the popular MINILANDâ exhibit that displays beloved local Detroit landmarks made from LEGO bricks.
