Best Dentist Visit Ever!

Singleton Family Practice drew a big crowd Saturday with a carnival in its parking lot.

Dentist office visits really aren't supposed to be this much fun. 

, 1081 N. Ann Arbor St. in Saline, was a family fun hot spot from Saturday. The office parking lot of Dr. Michael Singleton, DDS, was transformed into a colorful day at the carnival, complete with games, food, prizes and inflatable obstacle courses.

Scott Towler, like with his wife Tanya and family, is patient at Singleton Family Dentistry. He spoke about his dentist, while his daughter had her face painted by Derby the Clown

"It's just awesome," Towler said of the dental practice. "They are extremely professional, I've never enjoyed coming to the dentist until I started coming here." 

The same sentiment repeated by many in attendance at the Kids Fun Day. Not only do families and staff attend the event, they volunteer to work it too. Maryanne Owen is on staff at Singleton Family Dentistry. She and her husband Andrew volunteersed for the event.

"Help yourself to a gift bag and lei," said Andrew Owen, as he greeted a young man arriving to the carnival before explaining the all of the day's activities.

Dr. Singleton was found mingling from booth to booth with his sunny, yellow hat. 

"This is a fun event we really like to do for the kids," he said.

He was in and out, as he was still seeing patients. His wife was also on site, cooking hot dogs and making sure guests were full and happy.
