• Saline Area Schools Board retains transgender student protection language (wemu.org) — Saline Area Schools' board has voted to keep explicit protections for transgender and nonbinary students while it overhauls its anti-bullying policy. Trustees also preserved the district's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee, with a final vote on the broader bullying policy changes expected in September.
