The Brecon Grille Celebrates its Ninth Anniversary on Saturday

Come down to Saline and enjoy good food and a friendly atmosphere and help celebrate nine years of business to the Brecon Grille.

The celebrates its ninth anniversary on Saturday, July 2.

It has remained open through a tough economy and Michigan’s recent smoking ban. The restaurant thrives by offering good food with a different twist to the standard pub fair, said proprietor Paul Geragosian.

“We have the reputation of being a little different. You can come in here and get burgers, wings or chilis and so forth, but you can also get Ahi Tuna seared rare almost like a sushi,” said Geragosian.

Opened in 2002, the Brecon Grille has undergone a few changes over the years. The fare has changed over the years, and the draughts rotate regularly. The restaurant has also been given a shot of energy by new head chef Adam Van Berkum.

“I have a new chef; he’s been with me for about a year and a half as a sous chef capacity, and we just went through some changes and now he’s taking over the kitchen,” said Geragosian.
