BETTERHEALTH SHELBY TOWNSHIP HOSTS GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION FOR CUSTOMERS
Free, fun-filled activities for the entire family await visitors to Macomb County's first all-natural market

BetterHealth Markets & Vitamin Stores will host a grand opening celebration for its customers at its newest market located at 14105 Hall Road in Shelby Township, across from Lakeside Mall, on Saturday, Sept. 20 from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. All are welcome.
The celebration will feature live music, food samples and wine tastings. Hourly and daily giveaways will include an iPad, a bike, healthy gift baskets and BetterHealth gift cards. The 18,000 square foot store is the 14th shop for the Michigan-based, privately owned group of markets and vitamin stores.
βWe are delighted to now serve the Macomb County community along Hall Road and the surrounding area,β said co-founder and owner Tedd Handelsman. βCustomers have been enthusiastic about the wide array of products we offer.β

The BelleauNotteβ musical ensemble will feature Phil Ladouceur on string bass, mandolin, trombone, trumpet, & percussion; Pat OβRourke on accordion; and Silvia Jaye Simon on flute, piccolo, & clarinet.
Don Combs and his company have been entertaining children and adults with balloons since 2000. The local balloon twister and entertainer known as βBig Donβ will be on hand throughout the day creating magnificent balloon creations sure to mesmerize children and adults alike.

Children will also have the opportunity to have their faces painted.
At noon, Renee Heigel, a board certified holistic practitioner and life coach, will present a free seminar entitled βHealthy Foods for Seasonal Transitions.β Fall is often a time to start new wellness programs. When the seasons change, so does the human body. Instead of resisting these seasonal changes, Heigel will suggests how people can embrace them by creating wellness habits that stick.
