"Idols" can audition on March 3
Premier charity event raises funds for student scholarships
Auditions for the UCS Foundation for Educational Excellence’s fourth annual Arts & Idols Scholarship Gala will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the UCS Instructional Resource Center, 14201 Canal Road in Sterling Heights.
Prospective singing idols will audition a capella and, if selected, be able to use a musical selection at the gala. Idol finalists will earn cash prizes and compete for a top award of $5,000 at the Arts & Idols Scholarship Gala on Thursday, May 31, 2012, at the Palazzo Grande Banquet Center at 54660 Van Dyke, just south of 25 Mile Road in Shelby Township.
