Shelby Township Art Fair

The 28th Annual Shelby Township Art Fair is happening this weekend. There will be live music, art, food, and fun for young and old.

Festival hours are Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 13

  • 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Rick & Dayna Duo
  • 1-3 p.m. Stefan Kukuragya Smooth Jazz Trio
  • 3:30-5 p.m.: Suzette’s Masters of Dance - Student Performance

Sunday, Aug. 14

  • 10 a.m.-noon: Rick & Dayna Duo
  • 12:30-2 p.m.: Stefan Kukuragya Smooth Jazz Trio
  • 2:30-4 p.m.: Sounds of Sinatra featuring Mark Randisi

There will be food for purchase, face painting for the kids, arts and crafts, Kiwanis Aktion Club Duckerating, the Shelby Writers Group, the Shelby Township Fire Department, Shelby Township Police Department and more.

Plus, the Kid’s Corner & Activity Area will be operating until 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and 3:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Staff and volunteers from the Burgess-Shadbush Nature Center will have live animals for a limited time on Saturday and Sunday.

The Andrews Schoolhouse Museum will be open for tours by the Shelby Township Historical Committee on Saturday and Sunday.

Historic Hope Chapel will be open 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday and noon-3 p.m. Sunday.
