The city of Utica is holding its 21st annual Old Mill Arts & Crafts Festival this weekend.
Event dates and times are July 23, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and July 24, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The show is held at the city's Grant Park, on Hahn Street, east of Van Dyke and four blocks north of Hall Road.
Besides arts and crafts on display and for sale, there will also be a silent auction.
