Please join the City of Utica Parks & Rec Department for their annual Old Mill Arts & Crafts Festival. There will be plenty of vendors displaying handmade crafts along with a food court. The festival will be held in Grant Park that is located on Hahn Street east of Van Dyke Avenue. For further information go to cityofutica.org/parks.
