VIDEO: Milonga Kicks Off Argentine Tango's 10th Anniversary

in downtown Utica celebrated its 10th anniversary with what else—a dance party.

Party-goers strapped on their dancing shoes at 8 p.m. for lessons, and then at 9 p.m. the party heated up when the dance floor opened up.
