Zombie Run For Your Life 5K Charity Run/Walk For PTSD

Walking Dead Fans Come Join us for a Charity Zombie 5K Run Walk....
"Run for your Life" At Lake St. Clair Metro Park, Harrison Township, MI
Saturday, June 14, 2014 from 12pm to 5pm. You Can Register for this Event at: http://www.zombierunforyourlife.com

June is Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Awareness month. The Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Research Institute is sponsoring a charity 5K run/walk themed "Zombie Run For Your Life."

Are you ready to run for your life to escape the zombie apocalypse?
The 5K, 3.1 mile run/walk will be filled with zombies throughout the walk.
Zombies may be coming out of the water, behind trees, or chasing you in this
thrill seeking 5K. There will be many surprises such as an obstacle course that
the participant will have to pass through to avoid the zombies.

Come join us June 14, 2014 for the most exhilarating 5K of
your life! Each participant will be given 3 lives, which will be represented by
3 flags that they will wear around their waist. It is the goal of the
participants to avoid being “flagged” by zombies. Once the participant has lost
all 3 flags the participant must join the zombie apocalypse. The run will begin
with only a few zombies, and as the participants become “flagged”, or lose all
of their flags, they will join the zombie mob. As the race progresses, the
course will get harder to complete.
