Rojo Mexican Bistro will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo with live entertainment from 1 p.m. to midnight, including Greg DiLone on Conga drums, salsa dancing at 9 p.m., Dos Equis limbo contest and giveaways, plus drink and food specials all day long.
