Thanks to Great Parents-Macomb, there are free parenting classes being held at Assumption Nursery in St. Clair Shores. The discussion group is geared toward children age 5 and under, and addresses development, behavior, communication, building self esteem and using discipline that works. The program is based on the Systematic Training for Effective Parenting program.
