Lakeview Sophomore Striker Has 'Rocket Shot'
Lakeview's Sarah Economeas starts strong with four goals and five assists for Huskies soccer team.
Forward Sarah Economeas has hit the ground running and scoring this soccer season for the Huskies.
The Lakeview sophomore scored a hat trick in the team's opening game against Port Huron Northern on March 23 at home. She has four goals and five assists on the season so far.
"Sarah is a player that is coming into her element and is really starting to understand her position more and more," Lakeview soccer coach Brooke Sweeney said. "And she's becoming more goal-hungry."

Economeas was first team all-district and all-county last year as a freshman and all-state honorable mention.
"Each week Sarah is improving in different areas, which is great to see as a coach," said Sweeney. "If Sarah continues to contribute to the team like she has been doing we will see a lot of positive things happen for us this season. She has great talent and a rocket shot. Sarah is one of our go-to players this year up top."
