The Shores Child Care Center, which is sponsored through the St. Clair Shores Adult Education program, recently celebrated its 25th anniversary.

Additionally, the center hosted an open house in its new location in the . Previously the center was in Taylor School, but was moved to allow the renovation of the school for dorms for international students.

The Shores Child Care Center is a licensed child care and preschool.
