Veteran From the Shores Delivers Tigers Game Ball

U.S. Navy Electricians Mate 3rd Class Petty Officer Surface Warfare Qualified Michelle Hunt, of St. Clair Shores, delivered the game ball to the mound at Comerica Park before the Detroit Tigers' game Saturday.

Hunt has served three years on the USS Carl Vinson and has served in support of Operation Unified Response for Haiti and Operation Enduring Freedom. Her most recent deployment supported Operation New Dawn while on the 5th Fleet AOR in the Arabian Sea and Gulf.
