- Whiz Kid’s Accomplishment: Best in Show at the Michigan Student Film and Video Festival. The Advanced Video Production students at Lake Shore submitted original videos to the Michigan Student Film and Video Festival sponsored by DAFT (Digital Arts, Film & Television). Gage received the top honor of Best of Show for "It's Not Easy." Gage and his family are invited to a reception at the DIA where Gage can talk with professionals in the field of film. His winning video will also be viewed at the DIA Film Theatre at an awards ceremony.
